With the band currently on a hiatus, there hasn't been alot to report lately. But I recently came into possession of a copy of the recordings that the Mayfield Four were signed from (thanks Alessandro!). With the help of Kate at Anti-Industry.com, these three songs are available for you all to download and enjoy!

These songs were released on a tape in 1997.

  • (1/20/03) Happy Martin Luther King, Jr. Day!

Gino Burgio, who posts on the message board, has recorded a lovely acoustic cover of the Mayfield Four's song "Summergirl". If it sounds different than what you're used to on the album, it's because the song is transcribed a diminshed 5th lower. Take a listen on mp3.com: www.mp3.com/Gino_Burgio
and comment on the message board. Thanks Gino for this wonderful tribute to the Mayfield Four's music.
