This drawing was inspired by a song that the Mayfield Four played at a concert in Spokane, WA on Sept. 2, 1999. It was one of the new songs they wrote for their second album, but unfortunately it didn't make it onto "Second Skin". It's a really cool song and part of the chorus stuck with me ("all of your angels and all of your demons") - the idea for this drawing sort of grew out of that. This drawing was originally done in colored pencil on black construction paper (9"X9"), but I then scanned it in, and did some smoothing/blending with Adobe Photoshop. (10/23/99)
